for approval from as little as £385.

Planning Packs will include:

  • Existing Floor Plans

  • Existing Elevations

  • Proposed Floor Plans

  • Proposed Elevations

  • Sections (if needed)

  • Location Plan (pro-map included in price)

  • Site Plan

To save you even money we can talk you through how to do a self survey on your property, which will include a few sketches with some measurements of rooms, position of doors and windows etc and a few photos of the exteriors elevations.
